At bobi Los Angeles, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After completing the online request, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
